Braze Engineers will perform scheduled maintenance for Braze’s Cloud Data Ingestion (CDI) product on April 15th. During this time, we’ll be upgrading our infrastructure to improve the long-term reliability and performance of CDI.
Specifically, we will be upgrading the underlying database infrastructure for components that power the CDI dashboard and related sync run services.
Maintenance will occur in EU-01 and EU-02 during the following window, and will last approximately 20 minutes:
April 15, 2026 – 15:30 to 15:50 ET
During the maintenance window, customers might experience: - CDI email alerts/notifications delayed for ~10 minutes - CDI’s Run Details > Export rows feature down for ~10 minutes
No action is required on your end. All syncs will recover automatically after the maintenance window, and your data will be processed without any permanent loss or gaps.
You may continue to use CDI as usual, right up until the maintenance window and immediately after.
