On Friday, November 18th between 1am and 3am Eastern, we will be migrating some of our databases to new hosts due to Amazon Web Services retiring the hardware on which those databases currently reside. We will be pausing data collection and message delivery for approximately 5 minutes at least one time during this two hour window. If we need to pause processing more than one time, after any period of pause, we will process any queued data and messages before pausing again as necessary. This maintenance only affects customers in our US data center.
