On October 9th starting at 12:00am Eastern and ending at 2:00am Eastern, one of our data centers will be performing network maintenance to swap out defective network switches. We have spoken with the data center's operations team and they have confirmed that our server cabinets will not be impacted.
We do not believe that this maintenance will have any customer impact. However, all maintenance comes with potential risk for unforeseen error, so we are posting a status announcement for awareness. Our operations staff will be online during the maintenance in the event there is any customer impact. This status page will be updated as necessary during the data center’s maintenance.
