On Saturday, November 23rd starting at approximately 02:00am UTC (9pm ET on 11/22), Braze will be performing a database upgrade maintenance on EU 01 lasting approximately 2 hours. This maintenance was originally scheduled for Tuesday, November 19th but was postponed.
At some point during the maintenance window, data processing and message sending will be paused for an estimated 10 minutes. Upon the completion of the maintenance window, all queued data will be processed and all messages sent. No data will be lost. Braze has successfully performed this maintenance numerous times without issues.
We will keep this status page updated during the maintenance window.
