Update
Our WhatsApp and Facebook Audience Sync services continue to operate normally with no further changes observed. We are actively monitoring the situation and await additional updates from our vendor, Meta.
The Braze Engineering team is observing normal operation with very few errors in WhatsApp message delivery. WhatsApp templates are fully accessible in the composer, and the majority of Facebook Audience Syncs are processing successfully.
The Braze Engineering team is continuing to see increases in successful outbound message sends, and the WhatsApp templates are available in the WhatsApp composer.

Investigating
We have identified an increase in error rates across multiple Meta services starting at 12:52 pm ET. The following services are impacted:
- Whatsapp Messages - All outbound messages are impacted. - WhatsApp Templates - Dashboard Users may experience errors in loading message template lists in the WhatsApp composer - Facebook Audience Sync - delays and errors in processing Facebook Audience Sync events.
We will continue to monitor error rates, and have reached out to Meta to investigate the scope and impact.
