US-03 SDK API Increased Error Rates

Resolved

US-03 SDK API had increased error rates from 10:09 EST -> 10:51 EST. Additional capacity was added to compensate while the root cause was investigated. The issue was resolved for the majority of customers at 10:51 EST. From 11:42 EST until 11:56 EST a minority of customers may have had an increase in error rates while the fix was being deployed.
