Engineering teams have implemented a fix for the issue and the incident is now resolved.
Any REST API requests that returned an error from Braze during the incident window will need to be resubmitted.

Engineering teams have confirmed the issue also impacted the US-05 cluster between 14:44 ET and 14:50 ET.
Any REST API requests that returned an error from Braze during the incident window will need to be resubmitted.
All systems are operating normally at this time and engineering teams continue to investigate the issue.

Monitoring
Between 14:45 ET and 15:06 ET we saw elevated errors for the EU-02 REST API. The errors have now subsided and engineering teams are continuing to investigate the issue.
