On 1/23, 1/24, 1/25 and 1/28 starting at approximately between 01:00am and 01:30am UTC, Braze will be performing maintenance on EU 01 for a subset of customers for approximately 30-60 minutes. An EU 01 customer will only be affected by one of these four maintenances and not multiple of them. Some EU 01 customers will not be affected by any of these four nights of maintenances.
During the maintenance window, data processing and message sending will be paused for a subset of EU 01 customers. Upon the completion of the maintenance window, all queued data will be processed and all messages sent. No data will be lost. Braze has successfully performed this maintenance numerous times without issues on our US clusters and have already performed dry runs of this maintenance for EU 01.
Braze will be notifying EU 01 customers who will be impacted by the maintenance, indicating on which of the four nights their maintenance will occur. We will post updates to the status page each night during this maintenance.
