On Thursday, May 16, 2024 from 05:00 - 10:00 UTC, Rackspace will be performing a network maintenance in our US data center. We do not expect there to be any impact to the Braze Services from this maintenance.
The maintenance is a follow-up to the April 29, 2024 incident and will upgrade firmware on four aggregation switches, modify configuration settings for the Cisco HSRP router protocol, and change physical ports for virtual port channels to improve performance. Each of these four network switches will be gracefully failed over and powered off one at a time during this maintenance period. These activities are common maintenance and expected to be low risk, with no impact to Braze.
