Please be informed that the Braze Support Portal and the Braze Support Web Form will undergo scheduled maintenance on Sunday, July 2nd, between 03:00 and 03:30 AM EST. Kindly note that during this maintenance window, users will be unable to raise support tickets through the Braze Support Portal and Web Form.

However, we have an alternative method for submitting support tickets. Users can raise tickets by sending an email to support@braze.com.
