Database failovers have been performed and all appears nominal at this time. We are continuing to monitor, and all delayed messages have been sent at this time.

Investigating

We are currently investigating increased error rates to the US 03 REST API due to a large AWS outage in one of our availability zones. Some message sending is delayed as well while we perform database failovers.
