On Wednesday, September 4th between 11:00pm ET and Thursday, September 5th at 7:00am ET, Amazon Web Services will be performing maintenance on Braze's AWS Direct Connect router that connects our US based AWS environment to our physical servers. While we do not expect any downtime or customer impact, as Amazon has stated that the maintenance should not be disruptive, any maintenance is an opportunity for unexpected error.
Our team has created a network contingency plan in the event that there is a disruption in the Braze Services for customers in our US data center due to this maintenance. We will keep this status page updated in the event of any issues during the AWS maintenance on September 4th and 5th.
This maintenance notification is only for customers in Braze's US data centers.
