On April 2nd from 12:01am ET until 6am ET, Rackspace will be performing a network maintenance in its IAD data centers which host some of Braze's US servers. Their data center team has tested the maintenance plan and is not expecting any impact.

With any maintenance, there are issues for complication. Our team has created a network contingency plan in the event that there is a disruption in the Braze Services for customers in our US data centers due to this maintenance. We will keep this status page updated in the event of any issues during the network maintenance.
