Monitoring

A fix has been implemented and data processing and message sending latencies have returned to normal levels for the majority of customers on US 01. We are continuing to monitor..

Investigating

Our database administrators are currently investigating an issue causing data processing and message sending to be approximately 3 to 6 minutes delayed on US 01.

Analytic timeseries metrics on Braze's dashboard are also delayed due to this issue.
