Monitoring
We have identified the issue and our DBAs have put a fix into place. Performance has returned to normal.
We are carefully monitoring the current state and will continue to investigate this to understand root cause.

Investigating
We have noticed a performance issue with one of our underlying databases on our US-01 cluster. Customers on that cluster might experience problems logging into or loading their Dashboard. Additionally, there might be degraded performance in data processing, and message sending.
Our technical teams are working with our DBAs to investigate further.
