We are closing this incident on our side, as Appboy has remained unaffected for many hours. According to DYN's status page at https://www.dynstatus.com/, the incident is still ongoing for them. If we become impacted, we will update this status page.

Update

The issues we have noticed with DYN DNS servers in our EU data center have spread to our NA data center. Appboy Services in the EU and NA are currently functioning normally however there are some issues fetching user content due to the DNS event. We will continue to monitor the situation and post updates as necessary.

We have noticed DNS errors with DYN DNS servers in our EU data center in Frankfurt. Appboy Services in the EU are currently functioning normally. We will continue to monitor the situation and post updates as necessary.
