On Tuesday, September 20th from 2am Eastern Time until approximately 3am Eastern Time, Appboy will be performing network maintenance to update our dedicated AWS Direct Connect link. We expect that during the 1 hour window, there will be approximately 1 to 3 minutes of network interruption, which may cause the API and Dashboard to be temporarily unavailable. As a precaution, we will pause message sending and data processing for approximately 5 minutes during the maintenance. After the maintenance completes, all queued data and messages will be processed as normal.
