Braze will be performing a database upgrade on Wednesday, Mar 17rd, 2021 from 23:00 ET to Thursday, Mar 18th, 2021 01:00 ET for our EU-01 cluster. For a portion of this maintenance window, the database will be taken offline during the upgrade which will result in periodic delays in the availability of Email and SMS analytics on our dashboard services. Once the database upgrade is completed, the analytic events for Email and SMS will be backfilled. Other components such as data processing, message sending, currents exports, etcetera will not be impacted by this work. We will keep this status page updated in the event of any issues during this upgrade.
