We have implemented a fix and are monitoring. Outbound message has returned to normal speeds and sent the backlog.

Identified

We have identified an issue causing slower than normal message sending in US 01, in particular for email and webhook channels. Some emails and webhooks are delayed in sending. We are investigating the issue.
