On October 23rd starting at 12:00am Eastern and ending at 2:00am Eastern, one of our data centers will be performing network maintenance to replace faulty network switches. This is similar to maintenance they performed earlier this month, and said that this is their final planned network maintenance of the year. We have spoken with the data center's operations team and we believe that this will be non-impactful and will not affect any of our links.
We do not believe that this maintenance will have any customer impact. However, all maintenance comes with potential risk for unforeseen error, so we are posting a status announcement for awareness. Our operations staff will be online during the maintenance in the event there is any customer impact. This status page will be updated as necessary during the data center’s maintenance.
