Monitoring
We have moved over SendGrid traffic to SendGrid's public API endpoints instead of Braze's partner endpoint. This has resolved the issue and email sending speeds are returning to normal. All queued emails will be sent within the next 2 minutes.

Identified
One of Braze's email sending providers, SendGrid, has an SSL certificate expired which is preventing emails from being transmitted from Braze to SendGrid. Braze is queuing up all emails on our side while SendGrid fixes this issue, and we are taking actions on our side to try to work around this issue.
Email sending for SendGrid customers is impacted while we work through this.
