Our team is continuing to investigate this issue. Error rates in the dashboard are approximately 0.60% and approximately 1% for REST API calls. If you receive an error, please retry your request or refresh the page.

Investigating

We are currently investigating a database connectivity issue causing increased error rates on US 06. Customers who receive errors on the dashboard or making API calls can try again, as the errors are intermittent.
