On Thursday, January 3rd starting at approximately 02:00am UTC (Jan 2, 9pm ET), Braze will be performing a database upgrade maintenance on EU 01 lasting approximately 2 hours.
At some point during the maintenance window, data processing and message sending on EU 01 will be paused for an estimated 10 minutes. During that brief window, Campaigns, Canvases and Segments on the EU 01 Dashboard will become read-only. Upon the completion of the maintenance window, all queued data will be processed and all messages sent, and all data on the Dashboard will become editable again. No data will be lost. Braze has successfully performed this maintenance numerous times without issues.
