Connectivity issues to US 01

Incident Report for Braze, Inc.

Resolved

From 9:37am ET until 9:41am ET there were connectivity issues on US 01 with the Braze Dashboard and Data Collection API. Some Data Processing and Outbound Messaging may have been delayed in that time period but has been processed and sent at this time.

We are continuing to investigate the cause on our side, but initial evidence suggests an AWS networking event.
