Investigating

We are receiving reports from some customers having trouble connecting to our REST APIs. Fastly, one of our subprocessors used as a delivery network, is reporting an issue on their status page causing a performance impact: https://status.fastly.com/incidents/f6nxztsb89fl.

Our current API request rates are in line with historical and expected call rates. Our understanding is that the impact is extremely minor. If you receive an error communicating with our REST API, retry the request and it should succeed. We will post an update when Fastly has resolved the issue.
