On Tuesday, November 11th from 4am until 5am Eastern Time, Appboy will be performing network maintenance in our data center to add additional network bandwidth to the physical components of our infrastructure. At the same time, we will also be performing a software upgrade on our F5 Load Balancers.
While we expect the maintenance to finish in less than the 1 hour window, there may be a few minutes of connectivity issues during the maintenance window. As a result, some campaign messages may be sent a few minutes late, and customers using our REST APIs may see brief periods of receiving 500 status codes. During the connectivity blips, data on devices will be cached locally on devices to be sent to the server when connectivity resumes.
