The issue has been addressed. Additional message sending capacity is online and will finish sending any remaining backlog over the next couple of minutes. We are continuing to monitor.

We have identified the issue and have additional server capacity beginning to come online.

Investigating

We are investigating an issue preventing additional server capacity from coming online in US 01. Outbound Messaging sending speeds in US 01 are currently slower than usual while we work to address this issue.
