On Tuesday, November 1st from 01:00am until 02:00am Eastern Time, Appboy will be performing network maintenance to setup a dedicated network link between our application and database servers. During this one hour window, we anticipate approximately 15 to 20 seconds of network disruption, which may cause the API and Dashboard to be temporarily unavailable for 15 to 20 seconds. As a precaution around the disruption, we will be pausing data processing and message sending for approximately 5 minutes during the maintenance. After the maintenance completes, all queued data and messages will be processed as normal.
