On August 10th, 2023 from approximately 18:00 to 17:00 EDT, there will be scheduled maintenance that will affect our Content Card Database , resulting in production down time of Content Cards, of least 30 minutes. The entire maintenance will be under 1 hour. We expect no impact beyond the down time, but if you notice any issues following this maintenance, please contact support.
During the maintenance:
Any device requesting a content card sync will not receive cards (new or existing). No errors will be received. An empty response will be returned during the downtime period.
After the upgrade:
All cards will be available on the next sync/session start. No cards will be dropped.
