Braze will be performing a database upgrade on Tuesday, July 21st, 2020 from 23:00 ET to Wednesday, July 22nd, 2020 02:00 ET for our US-03 cluster. The database will be taken offline during the upgrade which will result in a delay in the availability of Email and SMS analytics on our dashboard services. Once the database upgrade is completed the analytic events for Email and SMS will be backfilled. Other components such as data processing, message sending, currents exports, etcetera will not be impacted by this work. We will keep this status page updated in the event of any issues during this upgrade.
