Update on networking issues

At Appboy, we take downtime very seriously. We have been working around the clock to improve our networking layer, which has been the source of intermittent connectivity problems the past few days. In the coming weeks, we will be migrating our physical servers to an upgraded network area that has more bandwidth, and that date and time will be announced on this page.

As an update, we made changes this morning which has alleviated some of the networking issues we've experienced. We think that these will be a good holdover to improve our stability until our migration is complete.
