On August 21st, 2023 from approximately 12:00 to 13:00 EDT, there will be scheduled maintenance that will affect our email event processing infrastructure resulting in processing delays of about 30 minutes. The entire maintenance will be under 1 hour. We expect no impact beyond the down time, but if you notice any issues following this maintenance, please contact support.
During the maintenance: * Any Braze dashboard screens that show email engagement data (deliveries, opens, clicks, etc) will be delayed * Any campaigns or canvases that are triggered based on email engagement will be delayed * Any Braze data integrations that consume email engagement data will see a delay
After the upgrade: * All email events that occurred during the maintenance window will be processed retroactively. No data will be lost. * Any campaigns and canvases that rely on email engagement will trigger as the events are processed
