On Wednesday, April 25th, 2018 between 02:00am ET and 05:00am ET, one of our data centers in the US will be performing a software upgrade on the top of rack switches in alignment with recommendations from Cisco. The network maintenance is not expected to have any impact and has been successfully performed by our hosting provider in more than 5 data centers without issue.

With any maintenance, there are issues for complication. Our team has created a network contingency plan in the event that there is a disruption in the Braze Services for customers in our US data centers due to this maintenance. We will keep this status page updated in the event of any issues during the network maintenance.
