On August 28th, 2023 from approximately 12:00 to 13:00 EDT, there will be scheduled maintenance that will affect our email, SMS, and WhatsApp event processing infrastructure resulting in processing delays of about 30 minutes. The entire maintenance will be under 1 hour. We expect no impact beyond the down time, but if you notice any issues following this maintenance, please contact support.
During the maintenance: *Any Braze dashboard screens that show email, SMS, or WhatsApp engagement data (deliveries, opens, clicks, etc) will be delayed *Any campaigns or canvases that are triggered based on email, SMS, or WhatsApp engagement will be delayed *Any Braze data integrations that consume email, SMS, or WhatsApp engagement data will see a delay
After the upgrade: *All email, SMS, and WhatsApp events that occurred during the maintenance window will be processed retroactively. Not data will be lost. *Any campaigns and canvases that rely on email, SMS, or WhatsApp engagement will trigger as the events are processed
