Identified
We are experiencing an issue causing delayed SDK data processing on the US 01 and US 03 Braze Clusters. This issue is caused by AWS' service outage that is affecting one of their availability zones in US-East-1. As a result, as of this update, average SDK data processing across all US 01 customers is 2 minutes and 10 seconds, and average SDK data processing across all US 03 customers is 48 seconds. However, some customers on these clusters may be experiencing delays more than a few minutes in duration. Braze has been rebalancing SDK traffic away from the affected availability zone to mitigate the issues while we monitor the issue on AWS' status page at https://status.aws.amazon.com/.
