The issue has been identified and we're implementing a fix currently.
If you're already logged into the dashboard, or use SSO, you shouldn't be experiencing this issue, it should only be impacting those who are trying to sign into the dashboard, using username/password.

We are investigating an issue that is preventing some customers from logging in with username and password. SSO logins are unaffected.
