Resolved

SparkPost have resolved the incident on their side. Braze has not observed any recurrence in HTTP 502 errors for click-tracked links since SparkPost implemented their fix.

We will follow up with vendor SparkPost regarding root cause details of the outage.

Braze is continuing to monitor the situation and follow up with SparkPost. We continue observing successful requests for click-tracked links across the US region.

SparkPost, one of the vendors Braze uses for email delivery, has reported an incident causing HTTP 502 errors for click-tracked links affecting US-hosted customers. They have posted the incident to their statuspage here: https://status.sparkpost.com/incidents/fd43ysp7l54t

Braze has escalated the issue and we are awaiting further updates from SparkPost.
