Monitoring

At 8:25 PM ET we identified an issue with a database, causing slowness to data processing on the EU Cluster. Our DBAs restarted that database process, and processing resumed as normal.

The impacted window of delayed data processing was from 8:11 to 8:42.

This incident is resolved, no data was lost, and all data has since been processed.

We will be monitoring the performance for the next 15m before marking as resolved.
