Braze Engineers will perform scheduled maintenance for Braze’s Cloud Data Ingestion (CDI) product on April 13th. During this time, we’ll be upgrading our infrastructure to improve the long-term reliability and performance of CDI.
Specifically, we will be upgrading the underlying database infrastructure for components that power the CDI dashboard and related sync run services.
Maintenance will occur in AU-01 during the following window, and will last approximately 20 minutes:
April 13, 2026 – 14:15 and 14:40 ET
During the maintenance window, customers might experience:
- CDI’s dashboard may not load, meaning syncs cannot be created or edited during this time.
- Scheduled syncs may be delayed, but will resume and complete automatically after.
No action is required on your end. All syncs will recover automatically after the maintenance window, and your data will be processed without any permanent loss or gaps.
You may continue to use CDI as usual, right up until the maintenance window and immediately after.
If you experience any issues after the maintenance window has passed, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our support team.
