All Braze services are stable. Engineering is focused on processing the backlog of Outbound Messages.
Following further triage of the issue, we can confirm during the incident windows, the following services were NOT impacted:

Customers may have experienced errors and latency impacting the Dashboard, SDK Data Collection, REST APIs, Outbound Messaging, and Currents.
